• Completed aft head restoration/upgrade

• Re-certified fire extinguishers

• Refinished exterior teak trim on pilot house

• Replaced freshwater pump

• Completed restoration/upgrade of aft cabin

• Had new cushions made for quarter berths

• Refinished all teak in the doghouse and cockpit

• Restored breaker panel in cockpit

• Added new liner inside doghouse 

• Put a new overhead in doghouse

• Had full canvas cockpit enclosure and screens made

• Built a new teak cockpit table

• Replaced Morse throttle/shift lever assembly

• Installed new stainless steel cleats for jib sheets

• Restored louvered engine room vents

• Rewired solar panels and gps antenna

• Added new ground busbar for cockpit breaker panel

• Installed new 110 vac circuit

• Tuned rig

• Epoxied and painted dinghy oars and made new leathers and stops

• Painted dorade vents

• Painted cockpit sole and wheel rim

• Installed beaching wheels on dinghy

• Repaired and upgraded sun awning

• Installed a magnesium anode in hot water heater

• Restored and refinished teak cockpit seats

• Installed two more new ABI bronze ports

• Made teak chocks to hold cast stainless Danforth anchor and installed them on cabin top

• Refinished interior teak trim for main cabin skylights and companionway

• Installed new wiring for main cabin overhead lighting 

• Refinished some galley counter trim

• Rebedded aft cabin port light

• Installed smoke detector

• Installed first main cabin overhead panels and LED lights
