- Change the oil and oil filter
- Change the air cleaner
- Change the primary and secondary fuel filters, bleed the system
- Change the raw water impeller
- Change the fresh water coolant
- Change the zinc in the raw water circuit
- Remove, inspect and acid wash the heat exchanger
- Inspect hoses and belt
- Wire brush and paint the engine as needed
I still need to put everything back together, replace the coolant and bleed it as needed and touch-up the engine paint. Then it's wash, clean, provision and I'm outta here!
Impellers should be changed annually. Same with zincs
